Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
Intuware Inc (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website https://intucloud.ai (the “Site”) and the IntuCloud service (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Site and Service.
1. Information We Collect
The Site is a static marketing website. It does not host sign-up or lead-capture forms and does not write information you enter into a database. If you contact us using one of the email addresses published on the Site (for example sales@intucloud.ai or support@intucloud.ai), we receive the information you choose to include in that message, such as your name, email address, company, and the details of your enquiry.
When you create an account for the Service at https://app.intucloud.ai, we collect the account, organization, and billing information described at sign-up and process the data you send through the Service. Use of the Service is additionally governed by the terms and data protection agreements applicable to your plan, including a Business Associate Agreement where protected health information is involved.
We may also automatically collect limited technical information when the Site or Service is accessed (for example IP address, browser type, device information, and pages requested), including through server and content-delivery logs.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve the Site and Service; to respond to your enquiries and provide support; to communicate with you about product updates and your account; to comply with legal obligations; and to protect our rights and the rights of others.
3. Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with service providers who assist us in operating the Site and Service (e.g., hosting, email delivery), subject to confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
4. Data Retention and Security
We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. Data-handling practices specific to the Service — including encryption, tenant isolation, and retention periods by plan — are described on our Security & Compliance page.
5. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.
6. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy. The Site does not currently load third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
7. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site or Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
8. Contact
