Creating your account and organization
Signing up at app.intucloud.ai, and the organization, workspace, project and channel hierarchy you will work inside.

Accounts are created in the app at app.intucloud.ai. There is no waiting list, and no sales call is required for the Free or Team plans.
The hierarchy
IntuCloud nests four things. Getting the model straight early saves confusion later.
Organization — the billing and identity boundary. Your subscription, seats, members and single sign-on configuration live here. Most customers have exactly one.
Workspace — a container for related work with its own role assignments. Roles are owner, admin, editor and viewer. A hospital might have one workspace per integration team; a vendor might have one per product line.
Project — a set of channels that deploy together, plus their shared test data. A project is the unit that gets exported as a portable intu-dev project.
Channel — one integration: a source, its stages, and one or more destinations.
Projects and channels are unlimited on every plan, including Free. Nothing about the hierarchy itself is metered.
Members, invites and single sign-on
Organization members are invited by email from the members page. Each invite carries a workspace role, which an owner or admin can change later.
Single sign-on availability follows the plan:
| Plan | Sign-in |
|---|---|
| Free | Email and password |
| Team | Google and Microsoft SSO |
| Enterprise | OIDC and SAML |
All mutating API calls are recorded in the audit event stream, including membership changes and role assignments.
Onboarding
The first time you sign in, an onboarding wizard offers three paths:
- Mirth import — upload a Mirth Connect channel XML and start from an interface you already run.
- Builder — start from a blank channel and add a source and destination yourself.
- Explorer — seed a sample HL7 ADT project so there is something to click through.
You can skip the wizard; the same surfaces are reachable from the workspace navigation.
Seats
Seats are named users with access to a workspace. Free includes 3, Team includes 10, and Enterprise is unlimited. Extra seats are available as an add-on from the billing page on paid plans.
